Shipping and Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

We do not ship to U.S protectorates and international destinations

Shipment processing time

Your order will ship the business day following the receipt of an order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Typically, we use FedEx or UPS services to ship our packages. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, delivery delays can occur. For rates for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska or any other questions please contact (717)-684-5050 Ext. 104

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We will accommodate orders to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses for an additional fee.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Slaymaker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Slaymaker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

Electronics are non-returnable. Non-electronic items can be returned for a credited refund if they are in the original packaging and an RMA is attached. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer after calling Slaymaker Group and getting an RMA number. After inspection of the non-electronic item, we will finalize and credit the refund amount. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
